On an average, it takes us up to 7 days to complete the entire process of making a bar of soap or bottling a small jar of hair oil. Our entire factory comprises a four member team, two of whom are directors themselves. Hence, we prefer a’ just in time’ production policy. Based on current orders and analysis of future market forecasts, we estimate an average amount to be produced on a daily basis.
