1. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days in case of online orders. To cancel order call us or write us at email@example.com
2. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. These are bath & body products, applied directly on skin therefore we wont be able to take back what belongs to you!
But there can be exceptions such as unfortunately you’ve received a wrong product. For this, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply visit the contact page.
3. HOW DO I PLACE A REPLACEMENT REQUEST?
Returns are only in case when the product is damaged in transit or a wrong product has been delivered within 7 days of delivery.
Please return the items to us via your preferred shipping method. Satliva is not responsible for lost returns, and we recommend choosing a tracked method of shipping for your return. When the order is received we will issue your Store Credit via E-Mail within 7 Business Days.
Products must be returned to Satliva within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and not tampered with. No damaged or odorous items will be accepted.
Products must have all tags, hygiene liners, including any hang tags, attached.
Any Sale items, orders placed with a Discount Code, are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for exchange.
Steps in real scenario:
Write to us on email@example.com, call us or drop in a message on contact us page.
We arrange for a pick-up within 5 days or you can send us the package via preferred courier partner, we suggest DTDC.
After the pick-up is done and the product has reached us, we can Exchange the product in below mentioned exchange types.
You can get the Product Exchanged in for a different product category/same product category.
If you want to purchase a different product we will issue you a store credit of the invoicing amount of the product you are returning.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.
4. HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE RETURN?
Refunds are only provided in the form of store credit equivalent to the invoiced price of the item purchased. There would be no refunds in the form of cash or bank transfer.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
Our original shipping charges and associated fees (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Note: In most cases refunds are provided only when your order is damaged during delivery.
Satliva Store Credit will be issued via E-mail.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in INR
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
Please treat Store Credit like cash
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
